Es gab Steak und Fingersteak.
Das Essen kam recht zügig.
Wasser wurde uns nicht kredenzt.
Die Serviererin war leicht genervt. Von Allem.
Wir sind satt geworden und es hat geschmeckt.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

We each had the 1 meat plate: brisket and turkey. Sides of beans,potato salad, macaroni salad, potatoes, pickles, etc. the food was good although the cornbread was cold. Could be updated as far as the building.

So I had the two meat plate with brisket and ribs. Accompanied by a side of potato salad coleslaw and some macaroni salad. The brisket was soft and tender, very juicy, nice smoke on the meat. The ribs were falling off the bone, and it was rich and fatty, very delicious. Service was excellent, fast and friendly good value for money I had to take a doggy bag.

We came in to check it out and after a few minutes told to pick a table , after several minutes someone asked what we would like to drink . After a few minutes asked for our order , after 30 minutes we were told our order was still not done . 3 cheese burgers and one meat brisket . Waited more and noticed others coming in after us were being served . After another while the 3 cheese burgers showed up but was wrong as one in my group has allergies to tomatoes and she was told . Then finally learned for the one meat brisket was to go to the front . Could have been told that in the beginning . Communication was a huge negative .the 3 cheese burgers were cold . There was not that many people there dining when we first went in . Either our wait staff was angry or just did not care . Maybe it was just a bad day there. The smell of BBQ was great , the place was nice and clean .

Very disappointed in this place. Came recommended where we stayed the night as we passed through town.
We had to leave without ever eating.
We were pleasantly greeted by a brand new peppy hostess who did her best to tend to us.
Apparently 2 large groups (30 tops) were in progress and had put alot of stress on the staff.
My one star is for the shameful attitude shown by our assigned waitress who snubbed us the entire hour we patiently waited at our table to be greeted - which she NEVER DID!!! Never even recognized us as every other server said she was our waitress.

I got my own drink from the bar. Assisted by a passing waitress rushing to help with the large tables.
The hostess took our app order.
Our “waitress” told us 15 min later that our apps are almost up as she ran past us carrying food to the large group.
15 min later - no food - an hour in - drinks long gone - we asked for the check and she charged us full price! The audacity!
I’m a patient person. I’ll wait if the place is busy and it’s all hands on deck.
But I will not be treated with such terrible snottiness or disrespect.

We found this place accidentally looking for something to eat along the i20, and what a gem ! Food was outstanding. Service very friendly. Kenzie took care of us and even gave us cups refills for the road. So happy we stopped by, food was amazing . Highly recommend

Stopped here at the recommendation of the receptionist of the hotel I am staying at.
I hope her saying it was great food doesn't mean all the local restaurants here are bad, because this was mediocre at best.
The prices seemed fairly high for what amounts to a small amount of okay to bad quality food.
I got the quail and a side of fries and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese and fries were both ice cold and had no flavor whatsoever.
The quality was juicy at least but the only real flavor that came through for the rub was black pepper, and lots of it.

Overall, disappointing and id recommend skipping here as the buck falls short of the cost.
