Laura B is absolutely the best agent you could have. She worked diligently for months, all over the state of Kentucky, to find us the perfect home. We moved from out of state so we required a bit of extra attention. She met us any time, any where, working around our schedule. In fact, we brought our 4wheeler on one trip so we could check out some land, and she used an app & hopped on so we could be sure of the boundaries. Laura was involved in every aspect of the process. She was there at the home inspection, recommending the inspector we used and who we couldn't have been happier with. She found us a place in heaven and we consider her family. Laura worked harder for me than I could imagine. There was nowhere she wouldn’t go to help me find the home I was looking for, and I took her out into the country down some rough roads (Mind you, I was looking 2 hours away from where she lives). When I found a home partially built, she did the research for me on how to build my own home and the process I would need to go through just so I understood.

In selling my original home she kept to her reputation of having an offer the first week. That offer/person ended up being the buyer. Before we even got to the place of listing it, Laura researched my home, the history of it’s design and the people who owned it (including my family). When I found myself behind in getting things done, she offered to come out and help personally. Laura is highly motivated, inquisitive and driven to do the best job for her clients that she can. It was a pleasure to work with her. She is excellent!
