Zuerst klarstellen: hier übernachtet man auf der durchreise. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Dafür ist motel sehr gut geeignet. Sauberkeit war absolut in ordnung, betten und matratzen gut. Klimaanlage sehr laut, aber effektiv. Howley's restaurant nebenan eine mischung aus hollywood reifen amerikanischen diner und europäischem hipsterlokal mit kraftbeer und kunstobjekten.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit schönem Pool Bereich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist American Style aber ok. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sauber und gepflegt. Diese Lodge kann ich ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two days. Disgusting place. The guys in this hotel steal things. Our laptop was stolen and they told us that we need to take better care of our things. The staff is rude. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean, no odors in room! Best king bed, as good as mine at home, so comfy! Big fluffy towels! Quiet and convenient location. Better than expected.

Honestly, a really solid hotel. Stayed for 3 nights and no problems. Management was simple and effective. Room had no bugs, well working AC, a nice shower and bathroom, a little musty smell but it wasn’t bad. I’m not very fancy but it had all necessities and location was fine. Would stay again but don’t book if you prefer more of a luxurious stay. 5/5!

Not horrible! I only stayed for two nights. The woman I spoke to checking in and out was friendly despite my awkward unfamiliarity with everything. It was musty and humid as soon as I walked into my room, but the AC worked well as soon as I turned it on. The musty smell will stick around even in a non-smoking room. Can be a little noisy at night, being right next to a busy road, but the location is otherwise fine. No bugs, toilet, sink and shower worked great (amazing shower head!), good lighting and quaint furniture. Loved the designs on the drapery and bedclothes. Generally perfect for my needs. Was clean, cozy, and would stay again for a genuine Florida experience, but I'm not a fancy girl so your mileage may vary.

The people working at the front desk seem indifferent about their guests. The beds are closer to slabs of stone than actual beds. The showers are nice.

Also, this hotel does not take security seriously. I went to the front desk because one of my friends, who wasn't staying in the same room as me, left something after I dropped him off at a work meeting. The hotel staff gave me a key when I asked for one for his room number without asking me for any kind of identification. I could have been literally anyone.

This place looks really janky when you pull in, so I questioned if I had actually read the reviews correctly. We asked to see the room before we paid, the lady at the desk was nice about it. The room was actually very clean. The bed spreads was pretty, the mattress was comfortable, the A/C was cold, the bathroom was clean. It was pretty loud, both traffic and the neighbors. I have stayed in better, but I have certainly stayed in worse. In this case you legitimately get what you paid for, no more, no less. |
